Score every rep call against your own rubric.
You can listen to maybe five of your team's calls a week. Score all of them instead, against the same standard, and find out what your best rep does that the others do not.
Strong rapport and a clear budget — but the call ended without a next step or a decision maker.
Ask who signs off before moving to payment plans — budget was clear by 0:26, and the call still ended without knowing who decides.
Coach against your standard
You decide what a good call looks like. Every rep is then measured against that same bar, instead of against whichever manager happened to listen that week.
Know exactly what to fix
A score tells a rep they did badly. A reason tells them what to do differently on the next call — which is the only part that changes anything.
See who is talking too much
Reps who talk more than they listen close less. You can see that pattern from the very first call you upload, before configuring anything.
Diarised transcripts
Who said what, aligned to the audio, so a finding can be checked in seconds.
Coaching notes per call
Written to be handed to the rep rather than filed.
Ranked by impact
Criteria ordered by how often they are missed and how much they move the outcome.
Your rubric, applied to everything
A manager can review maybe five calls a week, and they are never a random five. A scorecard applies the same criteria to every call you upload, so coaching is based on the pattern rather than the sample somebody had time for.
- Criteria grouped into your own sections
- Pass or fail with the reason attached
- Outcome and rationale per call
Find the one thing worth coaching this week
Knowing a section scores badly is not the same as knowing it matters. Sections are ranked by how much the outcome would move if they were fixed, so the top of the list is genuinely where your next hour of coaching should go.
- Ranked by impact, not by miss rate
- Shows the points each fix is worth
- Same ranking across the whole team
Ordered by how much each section would move the outcome if it were fixed — not simply by how often it is missed.
See who needs help before the quarter does
A rep who is 11 points under the team average on Close is a coachable problem this week. Averaged into a quarterly number, it is a surprise in the review. Every rep is measured against the group on the same rubric.
- Every rep on one standard
- Team average marked on every bar
- Drill from a rep to the calls behind the score
The marker is the team average. You are coaching against the group, not against an impression.
Talk-time works from the first upload
Talk ratio, silence, interruptions and words per minute are derived from the transcript's own timings. They need no rubric configuration at all, which means you get something useful before you have tuned anything.
- Rep talk time and silence share
- Interruptions and words per minute
- Rep measured against the team
Three steps, then it runs on its own.
Turn it on for your workspace
Speech Analysis is enabled per workspace. Tell us and we switch it on for yours.
Upload your reps' recordings
Bring the calls your team is already recording. Each one is transcribed, diarised and scored.
Coach on the pattern
Compare a rep against the team, see which criteria are most often missed, and act on the ones that actually move outcomes.
The ones people actually ask.
Is this for AI calls or human calls?
Human calls. It scores the recordings your own reps make. Analysing Pineyard's AI calls is not part of it today.
How do calls get in?
By upload. You bring recordings your team already has — there is no phone system to migrate onto first.
Is it available now?
Yes. It is switched on per workspace rather than self-serve, so ask us and we will enable it for yours.
What audio formats can we upload?
Standard recording formats. If you have something unusual, we will check it during onboarding.
Can we change the rubric later?
Yes — though note that editing a scorecard changes the standard, so historical scores and new ones are not strictly comparable across the change.
See it on your funnel.
We will size it against your actual volume and show you the setup on a real call, not a slide.
