Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through Pineyard AI (www.pineyard.ai), operated by Harshit Pandey. Please read it carefully before subscribing.
1No Monetary Refunds
All payments made to Pineyard AI are non-refundable. We do not provide monetary refunds for subscription fees, Credits, or overage charges, whether used or unused. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2Credit Wallet
To keep things fair for our customers, any unused Credits or wallet balance in your account are not forfeited on cancellation or non-renewal. Instead, they are retained in your Credit Wallet and remain available for future use.
- Unused Credits carry forward and accumulate in your Credit Wallet without limit.
- Credits in your Wallet remain valid and usable for a period of three (3) years from the date they were added.
- Credits unused after three (3) years from their date of addition will expire.
- Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.
3Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- On cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation, except for any outstanding overage already incurred.
4Overage Charges
Overage charges for usage beyond your plan limits are non-refundable and are billed in the next invoice cycle.
5Processing of Approved Adjustments
In the rare event that we approve a billing adjustment or correction (for example, a duplicate charge or a verified billing error), the adjustment will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
