Sequence every channel on one canvas.
Decide once what should happen to a lead who does not answer. Then stop thinking about it — every lead gets the full follow-up, not just the ones somebody remembered.

No lead falls through the gap
A missed call becomes a WhatsApp message, then an email, then another call at a better hour — automatically, for every single lead, not just the ones near the top of the list.
Follow-up that fits what happened
Someone who objected on price should not get the same next message as someone who never picked up. Each path follows what actually happened on the call.
It does not quietly stop working
The worst automation failure is the silent one. Steps retry themselves, and you find out about a real problem instead of discovering months of leads went nowhere.
Every channel on one canvas
Voice, WhatsApp and email as steps in the same flow.
Campaign-hosted
Attach a journey to a campaign and every contact runs its own copy.
Visible drop-off
See which step is losing people and change that one.
Durable, not best-effort
A journey that quietly dies halfway through is worse than no automation, because nobody notices. Steps retry on failure and survive restarts, and a permanent failure ends that branch instead of looping forever.
- Steps retry on transient failure
- Permanent failures end the branch cleanly
- Journeys survive a restart mid-flight
A permanent failure ends that branch instead of looping forever.
Branch on what happened, not on a timer
The useful branches are outcome-shaped: answered, no answer, objected, booked, opted out. Timers alone cannot express "if they asked for a callback on Sunday".
- Route on real call dispositions
- Waits measured in hours or days
- Edits never corrupt journeys already running
Three steps, then it runs on its own.
Draw the journey
Drag the steps onto the canvas and set the waits and the branches.
Attach it to a campaign
Every contact entering the campaign runs its own copy of the journey.
Watch it and adjust
See where leads drop out of the flow, and change the step that is losing them.
The ones people actually ask.
What happens if a step fails?
It retries. Failures are classified, so a temporary provider error is retried while a permanent one stops that branch rather than looping.
Can a lead leave a journey early?
Yes — converting, booking or opting out removes them from the flow immediately.
Do changes affect journeys already running?
Running journeys finish on the version they started on, so editing a flow cannot corrupt leads that are mid-way through it.
Can we test a journey before it goes live?
Yes — run it against a small slice of an audience first.
What happens if we edit a live journey?
Contacts already mid-flight finish on the version they started, so an edit cannot corrupt them.
See it on your funnel.
We will size it against your actual volume and show you the setup on a real call, not a slide.
